Please make an informed choice as we are unable to provide returns or exchanges on jewelry. Returns, exchanges and refunds for change of mind will not be accepted.

We upload original pics. Colours may slightly vary due to light settings during photography and your device display settings. If you’re unsure, please reach out for additional details.

We thoroughly check our products prior to delivery/pick-up and are not responsible for damages after item is shipped/picked up.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is received as defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. You will be asked to submit details including evidence of when opening the package. Failing to provide proof of damage upon receiving will not be accepted.
